University Gala
We are excited to be having our University Gala this year on Saturday, September 30th, in the Lower and Upper Conference Center at SMSU. Please join us for an amazing evening dedicated to supporting SMSU student scholarships and programs.
Evening Schedule:
- 5:00 P.M. - Valet Parking available in the Conference Center loop. The social will begin in the Lower Conference Center with appetizers designed and served by SMSU Culinology and Hospitality Management Program students.
- 5:15 Jazz Band and 5:45 PM Choral

- Salad: Strawberry and Pistachio Salad with Mixed Greens and Honey Raspberry Vinaigrette
- Meat Entrée: Grilled Prawn with Sun-dried Tomato, Basil and Provolone Stuffed Chicken Breast and Roasted Tenderloin Medallion. Under sauced with Thyme Basil Pomodoro Sauce, served with Potato Terrine.
- Vegetarian Entrée: Stacked Summer Squash, Asparagus and Trio Color Carrots with Potato Terrine and Thyme Basil Pomodoro Sauce
